We are the agency responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect personal information you give us when you use our online ordering tool, place an order, book an installation, request a measurement, contact us or subscribe to our emails. This may include:

• Your delivery address, and your installation address where these differ.

• Your pool details — dimensions, shape, step configuration, reel position and the products you selected.

• Photos or notes you choose to upload about your pool.

• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card details.

Aerial imagery. If you ask us to measure your pool from your address rather than measuring it yourself, we view publicly available aerial and satellite imagery of that property to take the measurements. We use it only to size your cover, and we don't retain imagery beyond what's needed for your order and any warranty claim.

• Manufacture your order and arrange delivery and installation.

• Save and email you the configuration and price you worked out.

• Provide customer support and handle warranty claims.

• Meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

• Improve our website and the products we offer.

We only use your information for the purpose it was collected for, or for a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.

We do not use your pool details or address for any purpose other than fulfilling and supporting your order.

Some of our service providers — including our website platform and payment provider — store data outside New Zealand. Where that is the case we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a standard comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.

We store your information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We keep order records, including your pool measurements, for as long as your warranty runs plus the period we are required to retain records for tax purposes. Keeping your measurements on file also means a replacement cover years later can be made without measuring the pool again.

Enquiries that don't become orders, and marketing subscriptions after you unsubscribe, are held for a shorter period and then deleted.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

• Request correction of anything that is inaccurate.
