One product, made to measure

Pool Covers is a New Zealand business making custom pool covers to order. There is no catalogue of stock sizes. Every cover is cut to the pool it's going on — length, width, steps, corner shapes and reel allowances all taken off your measurements.

What we've changed is the buying process. Every cover on this site is priced online, in real numbers, before you speak to anyone. You enter your pool, you see your price, you order. If you'd rather talk to someone first you can — you'll already know what it costs.

Real pricing, on screen, in minute
Your cover, your reel and your install cost resolved to a single number before you commit. Not an estimate range. Not "from $X". Emailed prices hold for three weeks.
Cut to your exact pool
Rectangular, oval and round pools are priced in the calculator, with or without steps. Kidney, freeform and L-shaped pools can't be priced from two numbers, so we measure those and come back with a price.
Delivered nationwide, installed in Auckland
Covers and parts ship anywhere in the country — free to the North Island, $50 flat to the South Island. Installation is $200 in Auckland. Outside Auckland the cover comes to you to fit yourself, or send us an enquiry.

Lead time and warranty before you pay
14 working days from payment. Every product carries a written warranty and the terms are on the site before you buy, not in a document you receive after.

How Our Covers Are Made
Covers are made in Auckland to your measurements. No stock size, no "close enough" — your dimensions go straight onto the cutting table, including step sections and the allowance the cover needs beyond the waterline.
Every cover is cut to order, which is why there's a lead time rather than a dispatch time: 14 working days from payment.
